What does that mean?
As Jesus taught his disciples, he showed how the world, even the most religious people got it wrong. He taught them that the first will be last (Matthew 20:1-16). If you want to save your life, you must lose it (Luke 9:23-27). Jesus became a servant and washed his disciple’s feet (John 13:1-11). Blessed are the poor, the hungry, those who weep (Luke 6:20-26).
The Kingdom of God is not like the rest of the world. We must learn to see how Jesus has called us to follow him, to see what is right side up and what is upside down. This “radical wisdom” will change the way we see our friends, act in school, and live our lives.
